Site visit
Power, internet, sightlines, and audio sources checked in advance rather than discovered on the day.
What lands
- The run of show
- Where it streams to
Your event, streamed live
Multi-camera, on location or in studio
We bring the cameras, the switcher, the sound and the encoder to your event, and our crew runs the stream the whole time it’s on. Meetings, events and services go out live to wherever your audience is, cut between cameras with names on screen, and you keep the recording afterwards. Not a phone on a tripod.
Your venue or our studio, we set up the whole broadcast on site. Power, internet, sightlines and sound get checked on a visit beforehand, and everything is set and tested well before the doors open.
A site visit first
The problems found in advance, not on the day.
Our cameras and gear
Cameras, switcher, audio and encoder, all ours.
A crew for the whole event
An operator on the switcher and one on sound.
One fixed wide shot gets boring fast. We switch between cameras as it happens, so a two-hour meeting is something people will actually watch. The sound comes from the room’s own desk where there is one, mixed properly, because bad audio loses people faster than a bad picture.
Several angles
The speaker, the panel, the room, and a wide shot.
Switched as it happens
An operator on the switcher, watching the outgoing feed.
Broadcast sound
Fed from your venue’s desk and mixed for the stream.
Anyone who joins halfway through should still know who is speaking. We put names, titles, sponsor cards and slates over the picture live.
Lower thirds
Every speaker’s name and title as they step up.
Titles and slates
For the start, the breaks and the end.
Sponsor cards
Your sponsors on screen when the event calls for it.
Your stream goes wherever your audience already is: YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, or a private link that only your members can open. We can send it to several at the same time, and record a clean copy at the source while it runs.
The public platforms
YouTube, Facebook and LinkedIn, together when you need it.
Private when it should be
A members-only link for meetings that aren’t public.
Recorded at the source
A clean master of the whole event, yours to keep.
The event keeps working once it’s over. You get the full recording, and we cut it into what the job calls for: chapters so people can jump to their part, a highlights edit, and vertical clips to post.
The full recording
Yours, for everyone who missed it live.
Chapters
Marked so people can skip to the part they need.
Highlights and clips
Cut from the recording for posting afterwards.

Most small businesses invest $1,500–$5,000 per month for ongoing work. Individual projects are quoted per engagement, and every engagement starts with a free consultation.
Yes. We run multi-camera streams on location at your venue, and from our own studio when that suits the event better.
Union meetings, corporate events, and entertainment among others. A stream we produced for the Subway Surface Supervisors Association reached over 4,000 members.
Everything is produced in-house by one team out of our own studio. The people who plan it are the people who make it.
Every engagement starts with a free consultation. No obligation.
