Marketing Where The Eyeballs Are

Digital marketing strategy for small businesses

We understand where your audience is paying attention. We write a plan that names the channels that can reach them, then make and run all of it: video, photos, pages, ads, emails and texts in-house and reported back in plain language every month.

One team for your whole marketing

Right now you might have one person running Google Ads, someone else posting to Instagram, and a third writing the emails. Each one does their piece. Nobody is responsible for whether it all adds up, which is why the spend is so hard to judge.

We start one level up. First we work out what your business needs this year, pick the channels that can realistically get you there, and put a number next to each one. Then our own team makes the work — video, photos, pages, ads, emails, texts — and runs it month to month.

What a plan actually looks like

Four stages, from a stranger finding you to a customer coming back. For each one: which channels run, what we make, and what you get back in the report. Yours will name your business, your budget and your months. The shape is this.

  1. Attract

    Channels
Google Ads · Paid social · Organic social
    What we make
Short-form video, photography, and the ad creative that carries them, shot for your business rather than licensed.
    What you get back
Where the impressions came from, what a click cost on each platform, and which search terms actually spent money.
  2. Convince

    Channels
Organic social · Email · Retargeting
    What we make
Longer-form video, the posts that show real work instead of claiming it, and the email sequence that follows a first visit.
    What you get back
What people watched to the end, what they opened, and the point in the sequence where they stopped.
  3. Convert

    Channels
Google Ads · SMS · Email
    What we make
The offer, the copy on the page it lands on, and the reminder that goes out before it expires.
    What you get back
Calls, forms, and bookings, counted against what the month cost to run.
  4. Keep

    Channels
SMS · Email · Organic social
    What we make
Win-back and loyalty campaigns, plus enough content between them that you are still in the feed when someone is ready again.
    What you get back
Repeat purchases, how the list grew, and who has gone quiet.

You won’t find estimated results in a plan we write. Numbers show up after the work runs, not before it.

What we won’t do

  • We don’t start with the ad.

The website, the tracking and the footage come first. Running ads to a page that isn’t ready is the fastest way to burn money and learn nothing.

  • We don’t fill your calendar with stock photos.

If the plan calls for content, we shoot it. Our production team and our marketing team are the same people.

  • We don’t hand you a dashboard and call it a report.

Every month you get a plain read — what ran, what it cost, what happened — and a person to ask about it.

  • We don’t put a number in a plan we can’t stand behind.

Projected returns are easy to write and impossible to honour. A plan from us forecasts spend. It does not forecast your revenue.

Can you actually do all of it, or just the planning?

All of it. The same team writes the plan, shoots the video and photos, builds the pages, runs the search and social campaigns, and sends the email and texts. You get one plan, one team and one number to call.

What is actually in a digital marketing plan?

A written read of where your business is now. The goal for the year. The channels we picked to reach it, and why we left the rest out. What gets made each month, how the budget splits, and what gets reported back. It is a document you could hand to someone else and have them understand your marketing.

How long before it works?

We don’t publish a timeline, because the honest answer depends on your category, your budget and what is already running. Paid search can produce calls in the first month; organic social and email build up over quarters. Your plan says which one it is leaning on, and why.

How much does it cost?

Most small businesses invest between $1,500 and $5,000 a month for ongoing work. One-off projects are quoted per job. Every engagement starts with a free consultation.

Do we have to buy every channel?

No. The plan names the ones that fit and says plainly why the rest were left out. A plan that recommends all six no matter what the business is isn’t a plan, it is a rate card.

What if we already have a plan?

Then we start by reading it. Looking at what is running now is the first step of any engagement anyway, and an existing plan beats a blank page.

What kind of work is it?

Select any that apply. If none of them quite fit, skip it — sorting that out is what the consultation is for.
