Always answering

AI customer service agents for your business

An agent that answers your customers on your site, over the phone, and by text. It is trained on your business rather than the internet, and it picks up a call as easily as it answers a message. Built and managed in-house by the same team that builds your site.

Where it answers

One agent, every surface

Channels are adapters, not separate products. The same agent answers on your website, picks up the phone, and texts back, so a customer who calls in the morning and messages that afternoon is not starting over, and you are not maintaining three different sets of answers.

  • Your website

A chat window embedded on your own site, or inside your own app.

  • Phone

A real number that answers calls, and can place them too: a booking reminder, a missed-call callback, a follow-up on a quote that went quiet.

  • SMS

Text conversations from the number customers already have for you.

  • Anywhere else

A custom build against the platform’s own API, for a surface that is not one of the built-ins.

Three very different problems

The right first agent depends on how many of the same questions and calls repeat every week, and how many systems it needs to touch to answer them. A twenty-person business and a two-thousand-person business are not buying the same thing, and we would rather say so than sell one product to both.

  1. Small business

    Under ~25 people

The same twenty questions get asked all day: hours, pricing, availability, "are you open Sunday". Whoever picks up the phone is pulled off whatever else they were doing.

    Typically connected

    • Google Sheets
    • HubSpot
    • Zendesk
    • Twilio

One number, one chat window, one agent that knows the hours, the price list, and where to send a booking. The fastest return is just not answering the same call four times a day.

  2. Mid-market

    ~25 to 200 people

Real systems, badly connected to the front line. A CRM the sales team lives in, a support queue with its own answers, and a phone line nobody wants to staff on a Saturday.

    Typically connected

    • HubSpot
    • Salesforce
    • Zendesk
    • Shopify
    • Twilio

The agent reads and writes to the systems that already exist. A lead lands in the CRM, a ticket opens in the help desk, an order gets looked up, instead of the agent restating what they already hold.

  3. Enterprise

    200+ people

Call volume a phone tree used to absorb badly, more than one line or region to cover, and a compliance team that wants to know exactly what gets recorded and kept.

    Typically connected

    • Salesforce
    • Zendesk
    • Gmail
    • Twilio

Multiple numbers, routing by region or department, and call recording kept on your own retention rules. That is the requirement, not a feature, and the platform’s compliance responsibility stops at recording it.

Built once, answers everywhere

Every agent starts from what your business actually says: your pages, your documents, your price list. It gets its own definition once, which is why an answer on the website and an answer on the phone never drift apart. It can look something up, send a confirmation, or cancel an order, not just talk about it.

  1. 01

    Map

Every question it should answer, and the ones it should hand straight to a person, mapped out before anything goes live. Nothing improvises its way into a promise about your prices or your availability.

  2. 02

    Connect

Your site, your documents, and your price list are the knowledge it answers from, re-synced on a schedule so it is reading today’s version, not the one from launch. Your CRM, your help desk, and your online store (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zendesk, Shopify, whichever you actually run) are connected as things it can act on: look up an order, open a ticket, capture a lead.

  3. 03

    Build

One agent definition serves every channel. The answer on the website and the answer over the phone come from the same place, which is what stops them drifting apart as your business changes.

  4. 04

    Deploy

Switched on across your website, your phone number, and your texts, with a single definition behind all three. A conversation that starts on the site and continues by phone is not starting over, because the session belongs to the agent, not the channel it began on.

Systems it works with

These eight connect without custom code, and each does a real job: open a ticket, capture a lead, look up an order, send a confirmation. Anything else with an API can be connected too, and gets scoped against your actual stack in the consultation.

What can a customer service agent actually do?

Answer questions about your hours, services, and pricing; take a booking or an enquiry; qualify a lead before it reaches a person; and follow up on a conversation that went quiet. It does what your published information already says. It does not invent an answer when it does not have one.

Where does the agent get its answers?

From your own material, indexed rather than summarised: your site, your documents, your help content, and whichever systems you connect. It is not a general chatbot with your logo on it, and it is not trained on your data. Retrieval happens at question time against the current document.

Can it actually answer the phone?

Yes. A real number, answering inbound calls and able to place them too: a reminder before an appointment, a callback after a missed call, a follow-up on a quote that went quiet. It works from the same knowledge as the chat agent, and it can transfer a call to a person mid-conversation without the caller starting over.

What happens when it does not know?

It says so and hands over. An agent that guesses is worse than no agent, because a confident wrong answer about your hours or your prices costs you the customer and the trust at the same time.

Which channels can it run on?

Your website, your phone number, and SMS are built in, and a custom channel can be built for a surface that is not. The same agent serves all of them, so a conversation that starts on your site can continue over the phone without starting again.

How much does an AI agent cost?

Most small businesses invest $1,500–$5,000 per month for ongoing work. Individual projects are quoted per engagement, and every engagement starts with a free consultation.

Do we own it?

That is set out in your agreement before anything is built, not raised after. Ask up front and we will tell you plainly what you keep and what stays tied to the platform it runs on.

What kind of work is it?

Select any that apply. If none of them quite fit, skip it — sorting that out is what the consultation is for.
