Homemade Mozzarella is part of what separates a meat store from the next one. A&S had a family tradition passed down from generation to generation, and that tradition continued on with Sam. He showcased how he makes his Mozzarella and we made this into such a great storytelling piece for his customers to see.

Not only this these videos help build up his YouTube channel, but they were used for his EP website, in which booking agents from all over the nation would watch and this would lead to bookings for Sal at major venues across the country.
